If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the $17 is non-refundable.Assessment Credit:
The $17 fee is credited toward any subsequent purchase made within 30 days. After 30 days, the credit expires.Three-Month Program ($849) and Six-Month Program ($1,599)Before the first lesson:
You may request a full refund at any time before your first lesson begins.After lessons have started:
Refunds are calculated based on the number of sessions completed. The per-session value for refund purposes is calculated by dividing the total program price by the total number of sessions included.Three-Month Program: $849 ÷ 24 = $35.38 per session.
Six-Month Program: $1,599 ÷ 48 = $33.31 per session.Refund Amount = Total Paid − (Sessions Completed × Per-Session Value)Example: You purchased a Three-Month Program ($849) and completed 6 sessions before requesting a refund. Refund = $849 − (6 × $35.38) = $849 − $212.28 = $636.72.After all sessions are completed:
No refund is available.Expired session credits:
Unused sessions that have passed the validity period (180 days for Three-Month, 12 months for Six-Month) are non-refundable.Complimentary Real China SessionsThree-Month Program and Six-Month Program include one complimentary month of Real China Sessions. Because this is provided at no additional charge, it has no separate cash value and is non-refundable. Refund of a Program does not affect the complimentary Real China Sessions already activated, and the complimentary benefit does not affect the Program refund calculation.Real China Sessions ($119)Before using any session:
You may request a full refund at any time before your first session.After sessions have started:
Refunds are calculated proportionally based on the number of sessions completed. The per-session value for refund purposes is $119 ÷ 8 = $14.88 per session.Refund Amount = $119 − (Sessions Completed × $14.88)Example: You completed 3 sessions before requesting a refund. Refund = $119 − (3 × $14.88) = $119 − $44.64 = $74.36.After all sessions are completed:
No refund is available.Expired session credits:
Unused sessions that have passed the 60-day validity period are non-refundable.Pause option:
Users may request one pause of up to 30 days per package. During a pause, the validity period is extended accordingly. The pause option does not affect refund eligibility.Rescheduling PolicySessions may be rescheduled free of charge when notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.Late Cancellation and No-ShowIf a user cancels less than 24 hours before the session or fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be considered completed and deducted from the session credit balance. No refund or replacement session is guaranteed.SinoMentor may, at its sole discretion, offer a make-up session in exceptional circumstances.Technical IssuesIf a session cannot be completed due to significant technical issues caused by SinoMentor, ClassIn, or other factors beyond the user's control, SinoMentor may, at its discretion, reschedule the session, provide a replacement session, or restore the session credit.Non-Refundable CircumstancesRefunds are generally not available for: completed sessions, expired sessions, complimentary services, no-show sessions, user scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction caused by lack of personal effort, or changes in personal plans.ChargebacksIf a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, SinoMentor reserves the right to suspend ongoing services while the matter is being reviewed. Users are encouraged to contact us first at [email protected] so that issues may be resolved directly.Refund Processing TimeApproved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 15 business days. Actual timing depends on Paddle, banks, and payment providers involved.Changes to This Refund PolicyWe may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
